Tenho uma revenda de hospedagem com eles e geralmente não tenho problemas. Realmente deve ter ocorrido uma falha no servidor, nesse caso e o mesmo acabou sendo reiniciado e por conta do erro passou pelo FSCK. Ou então após a atualização do CentOS e reinício do mesmo ele teve que passar pelo FSCK por verificar uma falha qualquer no disco. Isso pode ocorrer às vezes, mas realmente não é normal.
