Ataques vindos de IPs da cloudflare

Senhores tenho um VPS que eu uso para hospedar somente 1 site, e nesse domínio não uso cloudflare nem nada do tipo.

Mas estou recebendo milhares de conexões vindas dos ips da clouflare, alguém já viu algo parecido?

Ips=

104.17.244.239
104.17.243.239
172.217.13.170
172.217.13.202
172.217.13.106
172.217.13.138

Load do servidor foi para 100+, após bloquear os IPs voltou para 0.x em minutos.

Alguém já viu algo  parecido? Achei estranho os Ips pertencerem a cloudflare.
