DirectAdmin não envia emails

Boa tarde pessoal, estou com um problema, possuo o directadmin instalado em uma VPS, mas o envio de emails não funciona! Já verifiquei se as portas estão abertas, encaminhei o problema ao provedor e também disseram que as portas estão liberadas para uso. Alguém poderia me dar uma luz? Desde já agradeço.
