We experienced an issue during a UPS Maintenance that caused issues with some client services. We are seeing connectivity restore for most clients. However, we are still experiencing issues with If you are still experiencing issues with our billing and support systems. In the meantime, while we work to resolve the issue, if you are still experiencing issues please send an email directly to support@dacentec.com.

Update: 10/29/19 - 10:36 PM EST - We are seeing most client services restored and are actively working to bring the remaining clients back online. Once an ETA is available or another update is available we will provide one.

Update 2: 10/30/19 - 2:10 AM EST- More clients have been brought back online. We are continuing our work to restore services to remaining affected clients.

Update 3: 10/30/19 - 4:40 AM EST- Our network engineer team has confirmed that more client services have been restored. We continue to bring up the remains affected clients.

Update 4: 10/30/19 - 8:10 AM EST - Our support system is now back online. If you are still impacted please open a ticket from your client area or by submitting a ticket to support@dacentec.com.

Update 5: 10/30/19 - 10:05 AM EST - Please be advised that we have been able to restore majority of Network Services at our Lenoir Data Center. The final restoration of services should be completed within the next 60 minutes. We will provide further updates as they become available. Pessoal, os problemas foram resolvidos lá?

Creio que retornou por volta das 16hs todos os servidores. Mas pelo que vi, há relatos que ficou entre 15~~17 horas fora do ar.
