We experienced an issue during a UPS Maintenance that caused issues with some client services. We are seeing connectivity restore for most clients. However, we are still experiencing issues with If you are still experiencing issues with our billing and support systems. In the meantime, while we work to resolve the issue, if you are still experiencing issues please send an email directly to [email protected].

Update: 10/29/19 - 10:36 PM EST - We are seeing most client services restored and are actively working to bring the remaining clients back online. Once an ETA is available or another update is available we will provide one.

Update 2: 10/30/19 - 2:10 AM EST- More clients have been brought back online. We are continuing our work to restore services to remaining affected clients.

Update 3: 10/30/19 - 4:40 AM EST- Our network engineer team has confirmed that more client services have been restored. We continue to bring up the remains affected clients.

Update 4: 10/30/19 - 8:10 AM EST - Our support system is now back online. If you are still impacted please open a ticket from your client area or by submitting a ticket to [email protected].

Já se foram mais de 10 Horas, negócio ta feio la em...
O problema que vejo é que eles não declaram os reais problemas.

Os dois servidores que tenho de backup lá está com uptime de 12 horas.

Creio que retornou por volta das 16hs todos os servidores. Mas pelo que vi, há relatos que ficou entre 15~~17 horas fora do ar.

Temos vários servidores lá de backups e nenhum caiu. Eles estavam arrumando um problema que tinha em uma fibra a algum tempo. Essa fibra estava causando problema de rota com o Brasil.
