Acredito que esteja se referindo às estatísticas na página do produto do whmcs.

É preciso que você habilite a atualização desses dados.

Acesso o admin do seu whmcs e vá em >> Opções >> Configurações de Automação.

Localize e marque a opção Atualizar Estatísticas de Uso e depois salve.

Cada vez que rodar o cron essas estatísticas serão atualizadas
