Olá, 

Bom, eu estava pensando em como fazer uma VM em um VPS Linux. Eu sei que em um Windows eu consigo, mas preciso saber que se em um terminal Linux da pra fazer. 

Caso seja possível, poderiam me dizer qual eu uso? VMWare, VirtualBox, etc?

Já consegui, já instalei o OpenVZ WebPanel, porém, não está querendo funcionar. Estou dando o http://IP:3000, mas está dando que a página está indisponível. 

E está tudo OK:

Starting OpenVZ Web Panel...

[OK] Watchdog daemon was started.
Starting web server webrick on 0.0.0.0:3000...
[OK] Web server was started.
Starting hardware node daemon...
[OK] Hardware node daemon was started.

[OK] Hardware nodes information was synced.
Adding localhost to the list of controlled servers...
