Subdomínio Cpanel não funciona

Boa tarde Pessoal,

 

Fiz a instalação do cpanel em um cloud, porém quando eu crio subdomínios ele não está apontando para nenhum lugar, da uma mensagem de que não e possível encontrar o host.

 

Fiz a busca aqui no fórum encontrei um tópico que o pessoal fala para desabilitar e habilitar Proxy subdomain override porém não funcionou.

 

Alguém sabe o que pode ser?
