Possivelmente:

(1) um firewall está bloqueando a porta 2089 e/ou o IP do servidor de licenças ou (2) os DNS resolvers do seu VPS (/etc/resolv.conf) não estão respondendo.

Não há bem nem mal que dure para sempre. Um dia tudo acaba.

como eu faço para resolve isso ?


Veja qual a causa mais certa olhando o arquivo /usr/local/cpanel/logs/license_log

Cole aqui o output do comando tail -20 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/license_log

Não há bem nem mal que dure para sempre. Um dia tudo acaba.

Encontrei isso no fórum do cPanel: mv /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config.bk

E depois execute /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt novamente. Se não resolver simplemente contate o suporte da cPanel
