Pra quem é revendedor do whmcs não deve ser nenhuma novidade sobre as mudanças que eles tem feito nos ultimos meses.

 

Fixar o dia do vencimento da fatura foi ótimo (pelo menos p/ mim) e a partir de hoje terá algumas mudanças, segue abaixo o texto na integra (Em inglês) do email que recebi a pouco:

 

 

As a WHMCS reseller, we appreciate your business and WHMCS remains excited on the overall changes we have made to the Reseller Program.  With the release of our new API, Reseller License Module, and On Demand License model we have relaunched this program with the intent of making reselling licenses easier than ever before.

If you have not had a chance to review the new Reseller Portal, you should check it out at https://www.whmcs.com/members/resellerportal.php

One of the big advantages of the On-Demand license model is the ability to instantly activate licenses without immediate need for payment.  On the 6th of each month our system will review your account and only bill for the licenses issued and in either active or suspended statuses.  This provides you the opportunity to provision and cancel licenses throughout the month with no up-front charges. Active licenses will then be pre-billed in advance on the 6th of each month.

As a result of these enhancements, we are implementing the following policy changes to the program:~ 

1.) All Reseller Accounts will from now on have Net 15 day terms.  This allows you until the 21st of each month to make payment on the account.  This is an important date because on the 22nd of the month auto-suspension will take place if outstanding invoices remain unpaid.

2.) All cancellation of licenses must occur before the 6th of each month.  Cancellations that occur on or after the 6th of the month are not eligible for refunds or credits in that billing cycle

We are implementing these changes with effect from today, and ask that account balances are brought up to date by the 21st of December, 2013.

Uma das grandes vantagens do modelo de licenciamento On-Demand é a capacidade de ativar instantaneamente licenças sem necessidade imediata de pagamento. No dia 6 de cada mês, nosso sistema irá rever a sua conta e só conta para as licenças emitidas e em estados ou ativo ou suspenso . Isto proporciona-lhe a oportunidade de oferta e cancelar licenças ao longo do mês , sem taxas iniciais . Licenças ativas então será pré -faturado com antecedência no dia 6 de cada mês.

 

Como resultado dessas melhorias , estamos implementando as seguintes mudanças nas políticas para o programa : ~

 

1 . ) Todas as contas de revenda a partir de agora tem 15 dias termos líquidos . Isso permite que você até o dia 21 de cada mês para efetuar o pagamento na conta. Esta é uma data importante porque no dia 22 do auto- suspensão mês terá lugar se as faturas pendentes continuam por pagar .

 

2. ) Todos cancelamento de licenças deverá ocorrer antes do dia 6 de cada mês. Cancelamentos que ocorrem em ou após o dia 6 do mês não são elegíveis para reembolso ou créditos em que o ciclo de faturamento

Estamos implementando essas mudanças , a partir de hoje , e peço que os saldos das contas são atualizadas pelo dia 21 de dezembro de 2013.
