Estou com um problema ao criar contas automaticas com o Plesk

O atendente do WHMCS me informou que estou tendo dificuldades pois o

WHMCS está tentando se comunicar com http://internet.an7.com.br:8880/enterprise/control/agent.php e esta com o acesso bloqueado, retornando assim o erro 403 - forbidden

Ja tentei liberar através do firewall a porta 8880, porém não obtive sucesso

O Atendente do WHMCS disse que eu devo remover o que está bloqueando o acesso WHMCS para este arquivo, mas não sei como fazer isso

alguém tem alguma dica ou sabe como me ajudar?

Não tenho experiencia com plesk. Mais esse erro geralmente é de permisão, coloca permisão em agent.php 0755
