Sim apenas External..Mais para quem é o admin usa um vps ou dedicado e não revenda, pode ser uma boa alternativa.. Eu já cheguei a ativar para ao cliente efetuar o pagamento criar a conta external automáticamente...

Eu cliquei no WHMSonic Root e não logou direto no WHMSonic ADMIN, deve ser isso

Ou seu servidor não tem curl instalado, olhe em easy apache, php, exaustive list, ou então seu firewall está bloqueando, no servidor principal ou no remoto.
