Fala Galera do PDH, blz?

Aconteceu um fato estranho, formatei o VPS e restarei as contas, até tudo certo. Porem quando tento logar o WHM como ROOT me da essa mensagem Login Attempt Failed!, mas se eu logar como Revenda loga normal.

Como posso resolver isso? Podem me ajudar?
