Basta ir no item - Invoice - dentro do cliente que deseja, abrir as opções da fatura desejada, clicar no item Refund - lá você pode escolher se quer descontar algo, ou fazer devolução total, recomendo utilizar o tipo de refund com Record Online, caso vá depositar na conta do cliente, ou caso queira deixar como credito Add to client credit

Creio que seja isso.
