Ajuda com WHMCS + Virtualizor

Pessoal, boa noite.

Estou montando um data center virtual utilizando os seguintes gerenciadores WHMCS e VIRTUALIZOR e surgiram algumas dúvidas.

Quando o usuário teste solicita um vps dentro do whmcs, o virtualizor não deveria ser criado o mesmo usuário? 

No whmc está dando o seguinte erro

Erro no Comando do Módulo
The OS you submitted is invalid

Sendo que no virtualizor o usuário teste não foi criado e logo o vps também não foi destinado ao usuário teste.

 

Será que alguma boa alma pode me esclarecer algumas dúvidas sobre o virtualizor.
