Xenserver: VM criadas sem acesso a internet

Estou com um dedicado na ovh virtualizei ele com xenserver.

Porem quando crio vms windows server 2012, ela não tem conectividade com a internet, como faço para elas se conectarem?

Tentei uns guia da ovh, um tal de IP FailOver, mas não consigo acha-lo.

 

 

Outra duvida, como adiciona mais de 1 ip a uma vm?
