Para desativar:

# /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/stopcphulkd

Para Ativar:

# /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/startcphulkd

Se quiser liberar os ips exclua os registros da base "cphulkd" tabela "brutes" no mysql.
