Olá, possuo a nova versão do WHMCS más quando o ticket é fechado não aparece o novo sistema de feedback que nele foi adicionado. Tenho o arquivo .tpl no template, más mesmo assim não funciona!

 

 

Alguém sabe o que pode estar acontecendo?
