Existem várias manutenções que podem ser feitas nos banco de dados do mysql, segue abaixo algumas:

COMANDO: mysqlcheck

OPÇÕES:

A: Todos os banco de dados

a: Roda um analyze nas tabelas fazendo com que os indices trabalhes de forma mais eficiente

c: checa por erros em tabelas

r: repara as tabelas

o: otimiza as tabelas, liberando espaço em disco e fazendo com que as querys fiquem mais rápidas

Pode-se unir todas as opções acima apenas rodando o comando conforme abaixo:

mysqlcheck -Aacro
