Olá Otávio boa tarde, tive uma recomendação sua sobre gerenciamento de servidores CPanel.
E queria ver se poderia me ajudar (orçar para tal).
Recebi esta mensagem da Contabo.com domingo:

We have noticed a significant increase of outgoing connections from your server with IP 144.126.135.89 (vmi1613338). The level of SMTP traffic on port 25/tcp is unusually high and at this pace you will hit the limit soon and all connections on this port will be blocked until the next day.  

We do this to protect the reputation of our network and to make sure that your Ip’s, and all our customers, will not be blacklisted.  

The most common explanation of such a spike in outgoing connections is that your server was hacked. If this is the case, we recommend reinstalling your server from scratch.  

If these connections are initiated by you on purpose, please reply to this email and let us know what the expected traffic volume is and we will adjust the limits accordingly.

E acabei removendo a porta 25 em diversos locais no Firewall do cpanel (tcp_in, tcp_out, tcp6_in,, tcp6_out, Smtp_ports).
E hoje o servidor estava sem envio de emails.
E fiquei na dúvida devido a mensagem que recebi se foi a contabo que bloqueou por 24 horas os envios smtp de meu servidor ou se foi devido as alterações que efetuei.

Queria saber se pode me ajudar com um suporte sobre isto e mais alguns itens (melhorar a entregabilidade dos emails, e ajustar o hostname do servidor, que mexi nele e não deixa ficar com SSL no hostname e acredito que isto esta prejudicando envios também).
