Pessoal estou enfrentando problema com whmcs, como consigo resolver a questão de estar cobrando valores como R$ 0,00 para meus clientes, e também ele envia e-mail duplicado para cobranças exemplo:

Se o cliente será informado que esta com serviço vencendo, o whmcs notifica o cliente 2x na mesma hora.

Se alguém poder me ajudar nessa questão ficarei muito grato.
