A situação está realmente complicada, especialmente após a atualização do código para a API 34. Antes disso, conseguia publicar os aplicativos sem problemas.

Considerei a solução PWA, mas acredito que o ideal é manter o app na Google Play. Honestamente, não sei qual a melhor abordagem para resolver essa situação no momento.

Procure uma empresa seria para lhe fornecer esses serviço, se não está atualizado para API 34 pq a empresa só pegou um painel ai qualquer com alguém e começou a oferecer revenda sem ao menos ter um bom conhecimento, no primeiro problema que da eles não tem a solução.
