Sim, é possível porém não recomendado.

A Microsoft está permitindo que você direcione o servidor MX de um domínio para eles, crie algumas contas de e-mail e as demais contas, não criadas na estrutura deles, você faz a entrega em um servidor MX remoto. Eu particularmente nunca vi isso funcionar com a Microsoft (Office365) e o Google.

Não é recomendado pois isso irá gerar falha na checagem SPF.
