Dúvidas sobre geração de cotação no WHMCS

Prezados, bom dia!

Tenho a seguinte dúvida:

Um cliente pede cotação de 1 serviço que deixei oculto no whmcs, eu faço a cotação toda certinha e mando para ele verificar. Ele aceitou a cotação, e depois transformo em fatura para gerar a cobrança. O valor dessa fatura vai ser recorrente, visto que o serviço tem valor recorrente? Ou o cliente vai pagar apenas 1 vez essa cotação?

Quem poder ajudar fico grato.
