Erro com Sistema Akaunting

Olá, bom dia todos!

Não sei se os senhores conhecem o sistema Akaunting, ele e um gerenciador contábil open source excelente para quem quer gerenciar melhor suas finanças. A uns dias comecei a testar ele no plesk, mas sempre que vou salvar as configurações de notificações de e-mail que ele tem, o sistema só fica carregando em um loop infinito e só sai dessa página se eu clicar em cancelar. Notei que no plesk, ele mostra um erro nos logs só nessa hora que eu clico no botão salvar. Segue o erro:

Já criei um tópico de ajuda no fórum deles, mas demora muito as respostas. Alguém poderia me ajudar com essa mensagem de erro?
