[ajuda] pesquisador de domínio da index do site

Ola pessoal,

Utilizo WHMCS, além dele estou organizando todo meu website para ter um belo portfólio. Minha dúvida:

Como fazer o meu formulário de pesquisa de domínio (do site, nao whmcs) direcionar diretamente para o "cart.php?a=add&domain=register" do WHMCS ao fazer a pesquisa, para informar o resultado?
