Apontar dns externo para uma nova servidor de hospedagem

Olá amigos fiz um registro no site da 1and1, porem esqueci completamente a senha para gerenciar o dns

ele apontava para minha hospedagem na godaddy, agora preciso que aponte para outro servidor, será que é 

possivel configurar um redirecionamento na godaddy pelo dns ou ip? o suporte da godaddy me deu uma configuração mas 

nada feito. alguém tem alguma ideia de solução?

 

dominio (1and1 - não tenho acesso)       -->     hospedagem (goddady) --> nova hospedagem (outro servidor - possuo o dns e o ip deste)
