Hello,

Thank you for contacting cPanel. I'm currently unable to gain access to your server via SSH. However, this is a known issue and we have an open internal case regarding it. The case number is 79513.

There are 2 workarounds available. The first and easiest is to disable SuEXEC for PHP. This is normally done through the PHP Configuration Editor inside WHM, but since WHM isn't accessible at the moment, you will need to do the following through SSH since I can't access the server:

# cagefsctl --remount-all

# service proxyexecd restart

Both of these commands need to be issued from SSH as root.
