Obs: faça um backup de seu arquivo original antes das alterações. No arquivo SeusWHMCS/admin/template/Seutemplate/menu.tpl, por volta da linha 88, faça o seguinte: Substitua o conteúdo {foreach $menuticketstatuses as $status} <li><a id="Menu-Support-Support_Tickets-{$status|replace:' ':'_'}" href="supporttickets.php?view={$status}">- {$status}</a></li> {/foreach} por este:
