    Boa Noite, Desculpe pela demora no retorno. Marco Antonio, obrigado pela colaboração, mais resolvi o problema aqui, o php mail() não estava funcionando então alterei para o envio via smtp, com isso está a funcionar normalmente aqui. Obrigado e até a próxima.
