    Não consigo conectar internet nas máquinas windows vmware vsphere (ovh)

    Fala pessoal, então recentemente eu comprei um servidor dedicado na Soyoustart, já comprei com os ipv4, 8 ipv4 , instalei no dedicado vmware Esxi 5.0, criei uma virtual machine windows 2008, mais ela não conecta automaticamente na internet, e quando tento configurar ip manualmente aprece Rede não indentificada, configuro da seguinte maneira: no Endereço IP, eu coloco um ip dos 8blocos de ip que eu tenho, gatway eu coloco ip do meu dedicado e no final do ip coloco .254, e máscara de sub-rede coloco 255.255.255.255, e continua dandp rede não indentificada, tou me matando pra configurar isso, por favor alguém que sabe me ajuda?? me adiciona skype: transfortime@gmail.com Obrigado!!
